On a sunny, quiet hill with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and within walking distance of the center of Kirchberg with all its restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities, a high-quality apartment house is being built that meets all the requirements for comfortable living. Reclaimed wood elements are combined with tailor-made built-in furniture, modern seating areas, oak floorboards and high-quality stone and fittings applications in bathrooms and kitchens, equipped with modern kitchen appliances. Windows and patio doors are provided with electrically operated external blinds for shading. The TOP 10 apartment on the 2nd floor was completely furnished by the project developer as a "model apartment" during the construction phase, so that the intended style, quality and appearance, which will also be implemented in all other units, can be felt.
