Perched on the high plateau of Aurach near Kitzbühel, in the Kochau, this luxury chalet extends in its full aesthetics. From this entrance hall you enter the wine area with a thermo oak bar table as well as a cooling area, a seating area for eight people and much more. There is also a guest toilet on this level. From the entrance hall, you have the option of going up to the next floor of the chalet via the elegantly lit stairs or the passenger elevator. On this level you will find the luxurious cinema where you can enjoy your favorite films to the fullest. Through a black iron glass door you enter the prestigious wellness area in a modern style with glass walls and quarry stone elements. Here, the 10.7 meter long stainless steel indoor pool with massage lounger, counter-current system and waterfall as well as the sauna and steam shower invite you to linger and relax. The day bed in the SPA offers you the necessary lying space for this. Also on this level are the two guest rooms, each with a bathroom en suite, which can be individually designed, for example as a fitness studio or office. One floor further up you will find the elegant entrance. From here you can access three further bedrooms, also with bathrooms en suite, as well as the master bedroom. This impresses in every respect with the walk-in wardrobe with a central block glass table and the adjoining en suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. Located on the top level is the glamorous and open-plan living/dining area with a sofa on both sides, an open fireplace, a spacious terrace and another guest toilet.

Aurach is a mature community and only about five minutes away from Kitzbühel. On the sunny side of the valley, the municipal area extends into Kochau, one of the most exclusive residential areas in the region. The Auracher “Kircherl” and the Hallerwirt are known far beyond the region. The “Eichenheim” golf course is also located on Auracher Grund. The surrounding ski areas on Hahnenkamm and Jochberg can be reached in a few minutes. Cross-country ski trails, walking and hiking trails run through the valley. Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck are only an hour's drive away.
