Shopping facilities are conveniently reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The ski slope leads directly to the house, which is especially convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. The Schweibelift is only about 400 meters away, providing quick access to the slopes. Thanks to its second home status, the house is ideal as a vacation retreat. The house extends over three floors. The attic offers ample space for flexible use, such as a sleeping area or storage space. The ground floor includes a small kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and the living and dining area, all in typical alpine style with numerous wooden elements. From the living room, you have direct access to the southwest-facing veranda, which invites you to relax. In the basement, you will find the cellar, a washing machine, and a large storage room for skis, bikes, and other equipment.
