The brokerage agreement with us is concluded by way of written agreement or based on the client search contract or the property brochure and its conditions. The brokerage fee is calculated based on the statutory regulations enacted on 12/23/2020 on the division of the broker’s commission. According to these regulations, the brokerage fee for both parties (owner and purchaser) is 3% each on the purchase price, plus statutory VAT, and is due and payable at the time the contract is concluded and notarized.
