We present this unique and singular property in its area, Puerto Lumbreras. A large family farm consisting of forest, olive trees and housing. The area dedicated to INTENSIVE IRRIGATED OLIVE TREES is 60 hectares. The cultivation of the farm is certified organic olive grove (Arbequina). The average production horizon is about 450,000 kg and all its growth is controlled by a drip system, for which the farm has 3 irrigation ponds located in different areas and taking advantage of the natural slope of the land. The area of the house together with the landscaped areas makes up about 5 hectares. About the house, it is a historic complex whose oldest building dates from the fourteenth century. The house and its outbuildings total about 1,000 m2. The noble house has two floors, where the main floor is dedicated to the day area, with a kitchen, a living-dining room presided by a large fireplace and a bathroom. The sleeping area is located on the second floor. In addition to complete the property, an infinity pool was recently built to improve the quality of life in summer days.
