The Vegueta Market is just a few minutes' walk away and, if we continue a little further, we reach the Triana area, one of the most important commercial areas of the city, which also has a wide gastronomic and leisure offer. In addition, the property has immediate access to the GC-1 highway, being able to quickly connect with the exit of the city to the airport and the south of the island, as well as with the ring road, linking with the central and northern area. Just 400 meters away, we find La Avenida Marítima, a very long promenade perfect for walking, running, cycling or rollerblading. From the bay we can enjoy every Saturday, between March and September, the Vela Latina regattas.
