The guard house has a living area of 344 sqm and includes a 172 sqm loft-style apartment with a bathroom, bedroom area, living area, and kitchen. The apartment is above a 172 sqm warehouse that was formerly a stable for horses. The building has an enclosed courtyard with palm trees, a patio, and an Arab-style wood-burning oven. Additionally, there is another guard house with a studio and garages totaling 237 sqm, and a 460 sqm pool area surrounded by walls. Every night, the pool/cistern is filled with fresh water from the wells, which flows at a temperature of 18°C year-round and is also used daily for irrigating the crops. This allows swimmers to enjoy fresh, chemical-free water every day, unlike standard pools.
