This luxurious and exclusive property is located in the ancient Palace of the Counts of Campo Rey. Access is through a stately gate, behind which there is a classic wrought iron gate. Once we pass through it, we are greeted by a beautiful courtyard with arches, and at its highest point, there is a glass dome with an automatic opening mechanism, ensuring a pleasant temperature and protection from the rain. From this point, we enter the property, which is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a reception room for visitors and an office, where one can work peacefully, as the building is a fortunate haven of peace. The height of the ceilings and the frescoed decorations on the ceiling in both rooms stand out as authentic works of art. From here, we ascend to the first floor. The connection between both floors can be made either through spectacular solid marble stairs or a private elevator, both exclusive for this property. Upstairs, the house is laid out along a spectacular gallery with huge windows that surround part of the interior courtyard, through which the property was accessed. At the end, a hallway leads to the service door and, next to it, a landing with another elevator and stairs that take us to the upper floor of the building. Going up to that floor, we arrive at a climate-controlled communal room, serving as a lounge, where one can relax, have a cocktail at the bar, and enjoy good moments. Upon exiting, we find the penthouse terrace, of considerable size, as it covers almost the entire surface of the plot, ensuring ample hours of sunlight. And here's the cherry on top: a pool in which to enjoy a refreshing swim in complete privacy.
