Here we present a beautiful duplex penthouse located in the heart of the historic center of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts of Seville. The entrance to the building is through an old wrought-iron door, which leads to a cozy courtyard. We can take the elevator to reach the apartment, although we can also go up a staircase whose walls are decorated with beautiful typical Sevillian tiles, giving this property an even more special character. Once we enter the lower floor of the apartment, we are greeted by a living-dining room with exclusive views of a tranquil square with orange trees. Here we already appreciate the magnificent qualities that this penthouse offers: parquet floors (with underfloor heating), an elegant and discreet staircase, and cream-toned walls that create a warm atmosphere.
