Descripció

The house is situated on the front line of a wide sandy beach with direct access to the sea. The house has six bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. It can be divided into two parts, separated by separate entrances, where two families or for rent. Both kitchens are fully equipped with electrical appliances. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. For heating in winter there is a heat pump and radiators in each bedroom. The house has a large terrace with sea views, where it is nice to sit both on a summer day and in the winter, the location of the house North. At the entrance of the house there is a parking space for two cars.

The village is easily accessible via the AP7 motorway. El Verger is situated exactly between Alicante and Valencia, both airports are about an hour away.
