Montesa is a municipality in the comarca of Costera in the Valencian Community, Spain. The population is approx 1,180 people. It has a temperate climate with 350 days of sun which explains why the fields are planted with all variety of orange trees, their Azahar flower scenting the breeze each winter. It is situated at an elevation 340 m. This specific location is also abundantly planted with all varieties of fruit trees, vegetables and even strawberries which are also cultivated in the area due to the quality of the soil, plentiful spring water and ideal temperatures of this microclimate.
