NoThe urbanisation of Bahía Azul/Bahía Grande is located on the coast of the municipality of Llucmajor. It has everything you need to live your day to day: small shops, restaurants and bars, medical centres, etc. This coastline is characterised by steep cliffs and slopes leading down to the Mediterranan Sea. It has a small bathing area called s'Arc de Sant Martí. This rocky cove is a quiet place to bathe and relax. It is a beach that offers privacy and its sunsets are truly impressive. Access to the bathing area is via a wooden staircase that passes through shady and sunny areas. Over the centuries, this path was used by fishermen, pirates and smugglers to access the coast. The cliffs were also used for quarrying marés (sandstone with golden or pinkish tones), a constant feature of the southern Mallorcan landscape, which was used to build Palma Cathedral. The capital city is only about 20 minutes away by car and the airport is about 15 minutes.
