Descripció

Engel & Völkers presents exclusively an interesting agricultural estate in full production of organic cultivation of almond trees with the variety "marinated". The farm has an extension of 34 hectares, in which we will find an extensive plantation of approximately nine thousand almond trees with an age close to four years. In terms of built facilities, the farm has a reservoir that can be used for irrigation, an electric transformation centre with a capacity of 40,000W, a project for the installation of photovoltaic, two warehouses for almond drying, a house for the service personnel and a beautiful farmhouse of about 300 m2 recently renovated in September, 2022(separate price). The house preserves its original style, with wooden decoration and mobila beams, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a porch with barbecue and gasoil heating. The price includes the machinery used for the cultivation and maintenance of the farm.
