Randa is a town in the municipality of Algaida on the south-central part of the island of Mallorca. The town is located on the slopes of Puig de Randa where the Santuario de Cura is located, which is a religious monastery where, according to legend, it is the place where Ramon Llull retired and which is the main attraction of the town. Randa is about 30 minutes from the centre of Palma and about 25 minutes from the airport and the nearest beaches.
