It has a southwest orientation, all the material used in the house is handmade, iroko double glazed windows and tilt and turn windows, authentic hydraulic floors and underfloor heating on the main floor, exterior floors are Ronda. Finally, the first floor is also equipped with fireplace, large windows where we find another terrace that brings lots of light to the whole room, seating area, dining room with wooden bar made by hand, wine cellar, pantry. Also two corridors one with laundry room, freight elevator, and in the other a room with bathroom en suite, two storage rooms leading to the large garage, with capacity for three vehicles.
