The property is located in the urbanization "La Raya del Palancar", in the town of Villanueva de la Cañada. This town is in the northwest area of Madrid in a privileged enclave near the mountains of Madrid, with a population of about 20,000 inhabitants and has very good access to the capital, with good roads and a great public transport service. In Villanueva de la Cañada there are two universities, different schools, both public and private, as well as a large water park which is a tourist attraction during the summer months. There are also important golf courses. Villanueva de la Cañada is characterized by its important urbanisations, which place it among the towns with the highest per capita income in the province. The urbanisation "La Raya del Palancar" is located in a natural setting of great beauty, on the edge of the Regional Park of the middle course of the Guadarrama River. It is not located near busy roads or large urban centres; this allows it to maintain security and privacy for the families living in the municipality. However, the town of Villanueva de la Cañada, Brunete, Boadilla del Monte or Majadahonda are within easy reach. The bus number 626 of the Consorcio de Transportes de la Comunidad de Madrid links the urbanisation with Villanueva de la Cañada, Majadahonda and finally Las Rozas. By car there are three accesses: a direct link to Brunete via the so-called Camino de las vacas; via the M-513 road, which connects Boadilla del Monte and Brunete, and directly from Villanueva de la Cañada.
