This flat is located on the beachfront of Xeraco. Xeraco's main tourist attraction is its beach. Xeraco has one of the best beaches in the province of Valencia, which has been awarded the European Blue Flag every year since 1988, one of the most important quality distinctions that a beach can receive. In addition to these prestigious awards, Xeraco beach also has the Q for Tourist Quality, awarded by the ICTE and the distinctive Qualitur, from the Conselleria de Turismo. The main characteristic of Xeraco beach is the quality of its waters and its family character. Its wide strip of sand stretches for a total of 3 kilometres and is crowned by a cordon of dunes where you can find all kinds of native fauna and flora. The width of the strip of sand is 80 metres, which makes Xeraco one of the beaches with the widest stretch of sand in the whole province of Valencia.Complementing all this, it is necessary to add that Xeraco beach has a family character, ideal for resting and practising any type of water sport. The beach has the necessary infrastructure and network of services to satisfy the needs of visitors to the maximum, such as health services, first aid, surveillance, tourist information, supermarkets, entertainment and amusement facilities... In addition, nowadays it has new infrastructures and services such as a skating rink, basketball and indoor football courts, a pergola for concerts or footbaths on the sand. Likewise, Xeraco beach has an Accessible Point, which allows disabled people to bathe with the help of aquatic wheelchairs, amphibious crutches and qualified staff. Xeraco beach also has a Civic Centre, inaugurated in June 2010, where all kinds of cultural, educational and leisure activities can be carried out.
