The property is located in Villamarchante but halfway between this town and Pedralba, both municipalities are the most important towns in the regions of Campo del Turia and Los Serranos, respectively, in the province of Valencia. They are located in a transition zone between both regions. They are very well communicated with Valencia by the cv-370 and also through the cv-35 highway to link with the cv-376, which makes it possible to be in the capital and its beaches in 20 minutes, as well as with the airport. One of its main attractions is the river Turia that crosses its terms by half in a NW-SE direction. Both towns have all kinds of services and are close to the hospital of Liria and the Ricardo Tormo Circuit of Cheste. Its economy is basically agricultural, based on dry land for the vine and irrigated land for oranges and tangerines.
