The house is located in a private street, which makes it very quiet and easy to park. The sea is less than 100 metres from the house. Mareny Blau is located south of the city of Valencia, about 30 minutes away. It is worth mentioning the beach with a large expanse of sand and certified with a blue flag for its quality.
