This park spans over 13 hectares and has been declared a historic-artistic garden. It is a landscaped park with various slopes, featuring meadows crossed by winding paths and rustic stone stairs, and it boasts a rich variety of trees. Among its most notable features are the old mansion, statues, fountains, a waterfall, and a couple of small ponds. This area, in the Salamanca district, is known for its excellent public transportation connections (metro, buses) and some of the smoothest road connections in Madrid, with easy access to the M-30 in all directions. It is a very central area, surrounded by all services and extensive green spaces: Quinta del Berro Cultural Center and Fuente del Berro Sports Center. The area has excellent schools and institutes, including Santa Susana, La Sagrada Familia, and the bilingual CEIP Amador de los Ríos. Just a few minutes away from the Gregorio Marañón Hospital, the O'Donnell Maternity Hospital, and the Santa Cristina University Hospital.
