The neighborhood alternates residential buildings with pleasant green areas, including the Retiro Park just a few metres from this flat. It also has a wide range of shops, taverns, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, schools, sports facilities and health centres, as well as the Gregorio Marañón University Hospital.
