From the living room we access a terrace of 3 levels, ideal for holding social events. The highest part has a viewpoint overlooking the entire bay, the Cathedral and much of the city. The house dates from 1898, completely renovated five years ago, and declared as part of the National Historic and Artistic Ensemble, since 1973. The balcony is the typical Canarian balcony, a characteristic element of the traditional architecture of the islands, made of wood with carvings, covered with a wood and tile roof.

The house is located in the oldest and most historic district of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Its cobbled streets and medieval surroundings take us back to the 15th century, when it was founded. This area has all sort of services around: public transport, pharmacies, clinics, schools, supermarkets, stores, and San Roque Hospital. Since we are in the historical heart of the city, we must highlight the numerous places of interest such as the Cathedral of the Canary Islands, Casas Consistoriales, Casa de Colón or the Atlantic Center of Modern Art. The Vegueta Market is just a few minutes' walk away and, if we continue a little further, we reach the Triana area, one of the most important commercial areas of the city, which also has a wide gastronomic and leisure offer. In addition, the property has immediate access to the GC-1 highway, being able to quickly connect with the exit of the city to the airport and the south of the island, as well as with the ring road, linking with the central and northern area. Just 400 meters away, we find La Avenida Marítima, a very long promenade perfect for walking, running, cycling or rollerblading. From the bay we can enjoy every Saturday, between March and September, the Vela Latina regattas.
