The neighborhood of Ibiza in the Retiro district is a quiet residential neighborhood, with all the comforts of having everything within walking distance, and very pleasant to live in, with a privileged location next to the Salamanca neighborhood and Calle Goya, the Plaza Felipe II a stone's throw from the Puerta de Alcalá and the Prado Museum. The neighborhood alternates residential buildings with pleasant green areas, including the Retiro Park (a green lung with spaces for recreation) just a few meters from this flat.
