It enjoys excellent communications thanks to the AP7 motorway and the A7 dual carriageway which crosses the whole area at both ends. It offers access to Malaga airport in about 20 minutes, and to the famous marina of Puerto Banus and Marbella in about 15 minutes. There is also a smaller marina about 5 minutes away in the Cabopino Urbanisation, adjacent to Calahonda. There is also a wide variety of restaurants, shops, famous golf clubs and other meeting points for fishing and diving enthusiasts.
