This is followed by an office which is preceded by a waiting room or secretary's office. All with various built-in cupboards or filing cabinets. If we were to join both rooms we could obtain a good bedroom. Next to it, a complete bathroom, with original and exquisite taps and walls decorated and tiled with marble slabs. The bathroom has a direct connection to the office. On the other side of the courtyard is the garage, with a direct entrance from the street, and the size of the garage is large enough to park a large car. This is also where the building's main controls and machinery are located. In the manner of a Renaissance palace, there is a staircase in one corner of the courtyard. This staircase or the lift takes us to the upper floors. On the first floor, we reach a gallery that revolves around the courtyard and from which we enter the following rooms. The closest one is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, well maintained, and with space for dining room and office. Next to it, there is a generous pantry. From here we come to what would be the service area, which has a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Continuing along the gallery, on one side there is a guest toilet. On the other, a double bedroom which currently functions as a living room. At the back, a second large living room also in an L-shape, very luminous thanks to the fact that it receives light both from the street and from the patio. We go up to the first floor and, as we exit the lift (or at the top of the stairs), we find the next large bedroom, which has a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. We continue to the next bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom and, on either side of the door, two built-in wardrobes. At the back, a sitting room gives access to a living room to the sides of which there are two bedrooms, each also with its own bathroom. The first one is facing the courtyard, and the second one looks out onto a really quiet street. Finally, we go up to the terrace, which occupies about half of the building's floor. The lift even goes up to this level. Here we find a small swimming pool, which is sure to be of help on hotter days. Opposite is the sauna, which can accommodate two people. Furthermore, on this magnificent terrace there is space for a gazebo and, all along the terrace, the decoration continues with typical Sevillian tiles and various ceramic pieces. In short, this is the opportunity to live in a unique property: central location in a quiet street, with a classic Sevillian inner courtyard, large surface area, own garage space in the same house, numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, swimming pool, roof terrace, classic balconies,...
