This country estate, just ten minutes’ drive from Palma centre, dates back to 1720. It consists of a manor house built around a patio, various residential and agricultural buildings. There is also a natural spring named "Font des Mestre Pere" which provides water to the property, and an immense water deposit. The property is being sold with a valid building licence to create an Agro-touristic hotel with 80 beds. The main house will contain 10 rooms and work as a normal country hotel. The other 24 rooms next to the main house are equipped with a small kitchen, dining room and living room for clients who wish to rent for a longer period, but still enjoy the services the hotel offers. Furthermore, there is building permission for a spa, outdoor pool and a warehouse, which has been entirely dedicated to storerooms for the long-term rentals. There is an option to purchase an adjoining estate of 825.000m2 if more land is desired.
