The entire exterior around the pool is covered with projected concrete simulating wood. The storage building next to the pool is circular, with a reed-covered roof simulating Maasai huts. The other building at the rear of the plot is entirely made of pine wood; it is a very versatile space for multiple uses. The entire house has double-glazed windows with wrought-iron bars. The ceilings are wooden with beams both inside and outside (porches and terrace). The doors are white lacquered wood, and the floors are wood, hydraulic tile, and clay tiles depending on the room. The property has photovoltaic panels, providing considerable energy savings while being environmentally friendly. Both the kitchen and the upper floor living room have been renovated by the British firm "Hands-On-Design" of the London designer Evey Dunbavin Hands. She personally designed and decorated several rooms of the property, giving the house her charming style.
