This atrium with a wooden beam roof is delightful in the evening, enjoying the sunset. Inside the house, we find a spacious hall with a built-in wardrobe that distributes the ground floor, giving access to the living room, kitchen, bedroom area, and the staircase to the first floor. The spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace provides a very comfortable atmosphere in winter, and thanks to the large windows with direct access to the front porch, a cool atmosphere in summer. The fully renovated kitchen with custom-made white-painted wooden furniture is divided into two areas by a peninsula: a work area and a day dining area. In the bedroom area, we find a vestibule with a built-in wardrobe. From this distributor, access is gained to the laundry room, two spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom. On the first floor, there is a charming vestibule with a small built-in library, from which access is gained to the different rooms: a multi-purpose living room with a wooden attic ceiling and large windows on both facades of the house, with access to a front terrace that delights us with the wonderful green views of the charming garden. On the first floor, there are also two spacious bedrooms, one main bedroom with a walk-in closet en suite; both bedrooms have incorporated bathrooms. At the rear of the house, we discover a vast porch, also with a wooden roof overlooking the pool. The porch expands, joining the pool by an extensive bathing area. The entire exterior around the pool is covered with projected concrete simulating wood. The storage building next to the pool is circular, with a reed-covered roof simulating Maasai huts. The other building at the rear of the plot is entirely made of pine wood; it is a very versatile space for multiple uses. The entire house has double-glazed windows with wrought-iron bars. The ceilings are wooden with beams both inside and outside (porches and terrace). The doors are white lacquered wood, and the floors are wood, hydraulic tile, and clay tiles depending on the room. The property has photovoltaic panels, providing considerable energy savings while being environmentally friendly. Both the kitchen and the upper floor living room have been renovated by the British firm "Hands-On-Design" of the London designer Evey Dunbavin Hands. She personally designed and decorated several rooms of the property, giving the house her charming style.
