Equestrian centre of excellence

This beautiful facility for horses and riders is very private but centrally located near Llucmajor. The airport and Palma can be easily reached in 10-15 minutes. On a flat plot of approx. 320,000m2 you will find one of the few enclosed riding halls on Mallorca, two dressage arenas (60x20m) and a jumping arena (70x50m). The U-shaped stables offer space for up to 50 horses and are equipped with toilet and shower areas as well as several spacious tack rooms. There are plenty of paddocks and boxes for the horses' well-being as well as a horse walker with an integrated lunging circle. Other buildings offer parking spaces for agricultural vehicles and space for storing feed. Further highlights are the restaurant and the 22 tastefully furnished suites, which round off the agritourism concept. It is worth mentioning that the property has an additional finca with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet, a kitchen and a living-dining room.
