The house has 3 balconies, all of which offer stunning views of the surrounding area and a 15-metre saltwater, heated pool. On entering, you will be greeted by a breath-taking hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to a bright, open plan lounge, dining area, the kitchen, a self-contained utility room and a private snug/playroom. The kitchen, with a large island/breakfast bar, has everything you need including a solid wood dining table that accommodates 10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American-style fridge freezer and a separate sink/drainer. The house has high-speed fibre optic internet, so you can enjoy connected living throughout the house and also in the gardens, air-conditioning and central heating throughout, and is secured with a monitored security alarm. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, black-out blinds, mosquito nets in the windows, and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are equipped with a safe.
