The location is very good, it is in Cans which belongs to the municipality of Porto do Son, Comarca de Noya. It is 500 metres from the sea, distance that separates it from the well-known beach of Aguieira that belongs to the well-known Ría Muros-Noya. This beach of fine white sand, about 1700 metres long, with calm waters, and with all the services. The nearest urban centres to Cans are Porto do Son and Portosín, from which it is equidistant, about 4 km away. Services are assured in both villages. A good reason to visit Porto do Son is the imposing Castro de Baroña, an archaeological treasure by the sea and one of the most important archaeological sites in Galicia. But there is much more: its natural coastal heritage with up to 22 beaches that bathe the municipality, its archaeological richness formed by countless forts and petroglyphs, and its delicious gastronomy make Porto do Son a must for the summer season in Galicia. Portosín has a fishing port and a marina with the Real Club Náutico (Royal Yacht Club), which is an important focus of tourism within the municipality. Porto do Son is a village. The distance to the Galician capital is 45Km.
