Built on a single floor, the house has three double bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. The living-dining room, with a fireplace and plasma TV, has large windows that open onto the porch, an ideal space for dining or relaxing outdoors in complete privacy. The kitchen, fully equipped, includes a countertop and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy family cooking. Outside, you’ll find a gas barbecue next to the porch and a ping-pong table. A short path leads to the pool area, where you’ll find sunbeds, umbrellas, and several ancient oaks that create romantic corners.
