In addition, the property has immediate access to the GC-1 highway, being able to quickly connect with the exit of the city to the airport and the south of the island, as well as with the ring road, linking with the central and northern area. Just 400 meters away, we find La Avenida Marítima, a very long promenade perfect for walking, running, cycling or rollerblading.
