This building plot is situated in a quiet location in Algaida, about 20 minutes' drive from the city of Palma and the airport. It has a basic project for the construction of a country house of approx. 240m2 constructed area plus pool, with intelligent room distribution. On the ground floor will be an entrance area, a guest toilet, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a covered terrace, which will be located on the left side of the house.
