Paguera is noted for its cleanliness and enjoys a compact center with all practical amenities, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The town also has direct motorway access and is about a 30-minute drive from Palma. This newly built apartmentcomplex is located just a few minutes walking distance from beautiful beaches and golf courses. A popular pedestrianized street with many shops and restaurants also is nearby.
