Windows and patio doors are provided with electrically operated external blinds for shading. The TOP 10 apartment on the 2nd floor was completely furnished by the project developer as a "model apartment" during the construction phase, so that the intended style, quality and appearance, which will also be implemented in all other units, can be felt.
