The building erected by Bonifacio d'Avise in 1492, which is still in a good state of preservation today, is flanked by a square tower adorned at the top with elegant machicolations which reproduce the Gothic motif known as an "inverted drop". The family arms are carved on the entrance door with the motto "Qui tost Avise tart se repent". On the ground floor the large room with the fireplace and the two large pieces of furniture intended to display the pewter collection and the "safe room" on the upper floor can offer an eloquent insight into the habits and standard of living of the middle-upper bourgeoisie of a village in the Aosta Valley in the second half of the 19th century. In turn, the "hall of shelves" on the first floor composed of 14 wooden shelves carved with figures of animals, monsters and characters in fifteenth-century clothes, bears witness to decorative choices that align the Avise commission with a specific trend of "official" taste. The traces of different architectural phases in the structure of the castle (walled doors, insertions of windows and walls), as well as the presence of ancient stone elements (architraves, window frames), fragments of paintings, decorations, graffiti... are all elements that testify to the real complexity of overlaps in its history.

The task of mediation for our agency and our agents of real estate is awarded by signing the specific document, or rather, in the case of absence, by the realization of tasks of the services attached in our brochure, our sketches of real estate and related clauses. The compensation for mediation (commissions) must be paid by the buyer and is calculated from the purchase/sale price of immobile. The commission is considered matured, completed and payable in the moment of formation of the purchase agreement between buyer and seller. QuattroK S.r.l. (affiliate with Engel & Voelkers Italia Srl) and because of the circumstances mentioned, its real estate agents, have the right, therefore, to require immediately the payment of commission. The buyer is charged with tax of registration, notary costs, land and mortage taxes. QuattroK S.r.l. declines any responsibility regarding the information reported in site, as it comes from the part of the seller/or from trusted professionals of mediation. QuattroK S.r.l. considers this information truthful and it does not assume responsibility regarding it as well as for any eventual omissions or inaccuracies.
