Sorico is located in the northernmost part of Lake Como, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and unspoiled nature, between the Mera river, Lake Mezzola and also includes a part of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve, with a beautiful, very wide sandy beach which is a short distance from the center of the municipality. In this area we can find all forms of recreation like hiking, cycling, water sports such as windsurfing and kiteboarding, cultural events and concerts throughout the year. The largest and most important commercial center of the place, Fuentes, is only 10 minutes away by car. There are three international airports 1.5 hours away by car, Bergamo, Linate, and Malpensa. From Colico, which is 10 minutes from our villa, there is the possibility to take the train to Milan. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
