Valsolda is an area on the Italian side of Lake Lugano and is within walking distance from the capital of Ticino and Lake Como. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
