This sea-view property is situated in a wildly romantic location at the foot of the imposing Mont Ferrutx mountain. The home offers both seclusion and freedom thanks to its location. After passing through the entrance gate, you first reach the guesthouse with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and several partly covered terraces. Along the path, there are several seating areas, flanked by old, well-maintained olive trees. From each of these benches, there is a different view over Colònia de Sant Pere to the Bay of Alcúdia, famous for its kitsch-beautiful sunsets. The house itself boasts a massive natural stone facade made of complete stones. This bungalow-style building also has terraces all around and a very small pool with a sea view. Behind the heavy solid wood entrance door, which is a work of art in itself, there is a kind of windbreak with a utility room; behind this, you enter the spacious living and dining area, to which the also open kitchen is attached. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens. The floors are made of high-quality designer laminate, and the living spaces are structured by three steps. In the rear section, fitted with carpeting, there is the sleeping area and the tiled bathrooms. The living room and the master bedroom offer a magnificent sea view. The main house also includes two large garages with 42 m² and 45 m², which can be used as workshops, as well as a carport with a wood store for the living room fireplace. Heating, air conditioning, and hot water are supplied electrically via a boiler; since the renovation in 2012, the windows and floor-to-ceiling patio doors have been made of solid wood with tilt/turn fittings and insulating glazing. The Finca has its own waterworks and two closed cisterns for intermediate storage of supplies from a local source. A piece of Mallorca for connoisseurs!
