Madesimo : Localisation et environnement de ce bien immobilier

Madesimo is a small town located in the Spluga Valley, with an altitude of 1550 m, within the Valchiavenna Mountain Community. It is divided into three fractions, Madesimo, Pianazzo, Isola, and Montespluga, while the nearby town of Motta is a hamlet of the municipality of Campodolcino (to which it is connected by a funicular). It is a well-known area for winter sports, with over 60 km of ski slopes and numerous cross-country trails for excursions on a snowmobile and for going snowkiting. During the summer, the surrounding area offers visitors beautiful trails for trekking and cycling. Lake Montespluga and Lake Isola belong to the municipal territory. In the wintertime, Madesimo is a well-known and popular ski resort. The city of Lecco is reachable in about 80 minutes by car (about 83 km), and the city of Como in about 2 hours (114.5 km). The Lombard metropolis of Milan, with its international airports of Malpensa and Linate, can be reached by car in about 2 hours and 22 minutes (about 138 km), the Swiss city of Lugano in about 2 hours (about 95 km).

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
