The bright and elegant flat sleeps 8 and is equipped with every comfort such as heating, air conditioning and ultra-fast Wi-Fi. The sleeping area consists of 4 bright, elegantly furnished suites, where you will find two queen-size double beds and two 120x190 single beds. Each suite is equipped with high-quality bedding, ample storage space and high-quality bed linen. There is also a comfortable sofa bed located in the living room, where you will also find a 55'' Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube to keep the little ones entertained. You will also find a cot for your baby, but we do not provide linen, sheets or duvets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and full set of utensils. The 2 modern bathrooms have state-of-the-art sanitary facilities, a large shower cubicle, hairdryer and a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and body cream. Completing the flat is a delightful little terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where you can dine al fresco in fine weather while admiring the surrounding panorama.

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
