Our tour starts from our shop in Courmayeur, to a peaceful refuge in La Salle, only 15 minutes away. The journey itself is a joy for the eyes: we drive through green valleys admiring the majestic views of Mont Blanc. The road takes us close to the entrance of the motorway, making the property easily accessible, and in no time we are only a minute from the centre of La Salle, passing the impressive Relais Mont Blanc & Spa. Upon arrival, our curiosity is satisfied by a charming newly built flat that seems designed to offer the ultimate in relaxation. Upon entering, we are struck by the large windows framing a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc chain, as if nature were giving us a warm welcome. On the first floor, the elegant entrance hall leads us into a spacious living area, where the modern open kitchen promises intimacy but, equally, convivial evenings in good company. Here we also find the first large bedroom, ideal for relaxing in total comfort. A bathroom with all amenities completes this level. Going up to the second floor, we discover two large double bedrooms, each with a charming exposed roof that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. We really feel as if we are in a mountain retreat, with the wood conveying a feeling of comfort and privacy. On this floor we also find the second full bathroom and the hallway with a comfortable sofa bed, which can easily accommodate friends or family. A few steps away from the house, about 50 metres, we find the convenient garage that makes our stay even more comfortable. As we look around one last time, the view of Mont Blanc through the windows greets us majestically, almost inviting us to stay a little longer, to contemplate its eternal beauty that envelops and inspires us.

The task of mediation for our agency and our agents of real estate is awarded by signing the specific document, or rather, in the case of absence, by the realization of tasks of the services attached in our brochure, our sketches of real estate and related clauses.
