The finca is located not far from the village of Beniarbeig, on the sea side of the Orba Valley. From here you can reach the central shopping centre and the motorway accesses that connect the area with the airports of Alicante & Valencia in about 8 minutes. These can each be reached in an hour. The famous sandy beaches of Dénia are no more than 15 minutes away by car, a similar distance to the centre of the port city. The large hospital in the area is about 10 minutes away by car. It is hard to find such an idyllic lifestyle in such a central location.
