We are in one of the most authentic areas of Venice Lido life, and we find this magnificent building with enormous potential. We are close to the Riviera Pasquali, a romantic walk along the lagoon, from where on a clear day you can admire not only the beauty of the city of Venice but also the snow-capped foothills of the Alps. In this context we find our sumptuous dwelling, which is embellished by a garden at the exclusive entrance. It is impossible not to be struck by the fragrances of the lemon and myrtle plants, a true Mediterranean garden, full of colours and scents. As we walk through the main floor, we notice authentic Venetian floors; three bedrooms, a large living room and the exclusive possibility of enjoying the view of the Venetian lagoon. We are also faced with an opportunity to give free rein to our imagination, as the second floor is all to be invented, we just have to listen to our inventiveness applied to interior decoration.
