After a brief visit to the Rialto Market - the shopping is just a pretext for this little pleasure that we indulge in every now and then - we return to the Lido and from the vaporetti and walk to our property, which is only a five-minute walk from here and also from the renowned Lido beaches. As we approach the flat, we appreciate the beautiful façade of the apartment complex that comprises it. Curious, we cross the threshold of the entrance gate which leads us into the vast outdoor area for our exclusive use: it extends over more than 200 square metres and lets us easily imagine the many opportunities to enjoy it in the company of friends and loved ones, but also in blissful and reserved solitude. Inside, the flat is presented in a characteristic loft style, with a very spacious living area and kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is a room that can be well used as a bedroom, while the sleeping area is located on a very pretty loft to the left of the living area, accessible by means of the convenient internal staircase. There is a large bathroom, with provision for a second bathroom, and the large storage room also seems very practical, to keep the main rooms tidy. On the way out, we consider this property to be very attractive: the garden radiating with natural light already in the early hours of the day, the proximity to the beaches and iconic places of the Lido, the ease of access to the centre of Venice and the airiness of the interior spaces make it a temptation that is hard to resist - for fans of the Venetian Golden Island.
