Beschreibung
The house is designed by a renowned Bolognese architect, Bruno Nanni, a former collaborator of Architect Enzo Zacchiroli, who has left numerous works in the municipality of Crevalcore. The project begins with the identification of a suitable property located in the historic center but not far from the ring road to allow for parking nearby. A historic house was therefore purchased, completely renovated after complete demolition, and remodeled according to the creativity and compositional order of the master. The project stands out for its extraordinary spaciousness, modernity, and the warmth conferred by the use of materials such as wood, terracotta, marble, and glass. Fine woods were also used in the creation of numerous paneling and built-in furnishings: wardrobes, bookshelves, niches, sliding walls. Indeed, it is the quality found in every detail that distinguishes this property. The house, of about 190 square meters, has a functional layout with double access on the ground floor: the main entrance, located along a picturesque street in the center, leads to a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, while the secondary access opens onto the cellar. Proceeding, there is a large double living room, characterized by a fireplace with double French doors on the sides and views of both the internal private courtyard and the street. Adjacent, the large eat-in kitchen, also connected to the internal courtyard, creates a convivial and functional environment. A complete bathroom, serving the living area, completes the ground floor. A masonry staircase, clad in wood, leads to the sleeping area, where there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite dedicated to the master bedroom) and two large terraces overlooking the Romanesque bell tower of the main church. Numerous compartments, created with paneling and wooden partitions, enrich this dwelling, offering additional storage space. All these rooms are completed by beech parquet and wooden beams on the ceiling, for the living area, by ceramic floors and mosaic on the walls, in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The offer includes all the built-in furniture in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, and the designer furniture inside (except for three chairs in the kitchen). Of note are the Mini VIP lights by Pandul, by Jorgen Gammelgaard, the Tip Top 3 lamp, also Pandul, the cast iron wall lamps by Metalarte Arqui, the Le Klint table lamp, the recessed ceiling lamps in Swedish pine and metal, the Fritz Hansen dining table and chairs, the Olivari handles of all doors and windows, and the T70 bed.
