Dezentrale Heizung, GasheizungCaronno Pertusella is a town of about 18,000 inhabitants in the province of Varese, in Lombardy and it’s part of the metropolitan area of Milan. In the past, here passed the way Mediolanum-Bilitio, which put in communication Mediolanum (Milan) with Luganum (Lugano) through Varisium (Varese). In addition to the two centers, Caronno and Pertusella, no longer physically separated by the uniformity reached by the agglomeration, there is also the town of Bariola. In the first twenty years of the third millennium the municipality has recorded an increase of the resident population of 15%, because of the progressive removal from the center of Milan and from the neighboring municipalities of many inhabitants, in search of less cemented zones and with a lower cost of the properties, without however moving too much from the metropolitan area. In the town is located the train station of Caronno Pertusella, from which it’s possible to reach Milan and Lodi. Some curiosities: Caronno Pertusella has distinguished itself over the years for several Guinness World Records, including the largest tiramisù and millefoglie cake in the world!

The assignment of mediation to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, in the absence of this, with the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate files and related clauses. The compensation for the mediation (commission) to be paid by the buyer is equal to 4% plus VAT, calculated on the purchase/sale price of the property. The registration tax, notary costs, cadastral and mortgage taxes are charged to the purchaser.
