The mediation assignment to our agency and our agents
real estate is conferred through the signing of a
specific document or, in the absence of this, with the use of
services listed in our brochure, in our sheets
real estate and related clauses. The compensation for the mediation
(commission) to be paid by the buyer is calculated
on the purchase/sale price of the property. The commission yes
considered accrued, due and payable at the time of
formation of purchasing consent between seller and buyer
(i.e. with the signing by the promising seller for
acceptance of the purchase proposal sent by the promisee
buyer). QuattroK S.r.l. (affiliate of Engel & Voelkers Italia Srl) ed
your real estate agents have the right to request therefore
the payment of the commission immediately upon occurrence
circumstance cited. Registration tax, notary costs and taxes
land registry and mortgages are the responsibility of the buyer. QuattroK S.r.l.
declines any responsibility for the information provided
on the site as they come from the selling party and/or from
trusted professionals of the same. QuattroK S.r.l. consider
such information is truthful and assumes no responsibility in
order to the actuality of the same as well as to any omissions or
inaccuracies. It is understood that the selling party, without prejudice to its
obligations towards QuattroK S.r.l., will retain the right to
sell the property to third parties until signing, for acceptance,
of the proposal sent by the prospective buyer. To the latter it is
obliged to communicate whether the property proposed to him by QuattroK
srl has already been viewed by him previously. However not
provided for in this article, the provisions of the Code apply
Italian civilian.
