Located on the 4th and top floor of a building from the beginning of 900 we offer for rent an attractive four-room apartment distributed on two floors, where the design merges with period features. The apartment opens onto a hallway from which you can access the "heart" of the flat, a spacious dining area cleverly designed to live moments of conviviality. We find a kitchen island designed by Dibiesse, with custom-made wall-hung furnitures and Electrolux high-tech appliances; the oval table by Bontempi - ideal to accommodate many guests - and the chandelier by Flos complete the identity decor. From the dining room we access a pleasant livable balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Following, we move into a second room always dedicated to the living area, in which we find the charm of a handcrafted custom-made design. On the same floor we have a bathroom with windows, a large walk-in shower and inner washing machine and dryer. A staircase, with its original wrought iron details, leads us to the upper floor where we find the sleeping area. The whole floor is attic but with high ceilings. We are welcomed by a livable hallway, to the left of which we enter the double bedroom.
