Equipment and special features of this development project
The development is classified as a royal estate of the nineteenth-century Eixample. The surrounding area is characterized by estates with a classical façade and a high heritage value recognized by the "conservation sector of the Eixample". The element that gives personality to the neighborhood is the temple of the Sagrada Família. Currently, the temple is the most famous work of Gaudí in the world and the most visited place by tourists in the city. The project of the set of two residential buildings was designed by the architect Antonio Pineda, is dated 1954. It corresponds to the classic typology of the nineteenth-century estate. Each of the buildings is organized at the rate of two apartments per landing, around a central courtyard where the elevator runs and ventilates the staircase and two side courtyards. Both buildings, 358 and 360, are distributed as follows: ground floor, 7 standard floors, attic and attic. The standard floors have a height of 3.10 meters from floor to floor, with approximately 2.80 meters of clear height. Each of the buildings are similar in distribution, at street level is the main entrance of the buildings through a "hall" stately and rehabilitated, keeping all the original elements, but renovated and newly built panoramic elevator. All the apartments have orientation to the Diagonal Avenue and bedrooms to the spacious interior of the block courtyard overlooking the Sagrada Familia.
